Welcome to NW Photography

Hello everyone, This is Cole Rokosky. I'm the Owner & Sales Manager at NW Photography. NW Photography is located in Painesville, Ohio. I founded the company early in 2009 at Thompson Raceway Park, when I realized there was a high demand for quality and unique photos. I grew up at Thompson and when I turned eight began racing Junior Dragsters there. It wasn't until 2008 that I picked up a camera and realized I was a natural. I shot 2009 with my Mom's camera, and 2010-2011 with a camera my parents purchased for me. In 2012 I will be shooting with a top of the line, Sony Alpha a55. If your reading this and know anything about the subject of Photography or the Motorsports department of it for that matter, your probably laughing at the fact that I just mentioned the name Sony. If your clueless about this subject, this is ironic because most successful photographers use and prefer Canon or Nikon. The first camera I used was a Sony and I always liked that one, so I've stuck with Sony. My a55 is currently the 2nd fastest body on the market. NW Photography currently employs photographers; Cole Rokosky, Kyle Rokosky, Jaymie Tokar, and Steve McBride Jr.. We are not only photographers though, I am a graphic design specialist as well. When it comes to the photography end, we specialize in Drag Racing but can and will shoot anything. When shooting, out photographers work under the acronym "TWIOS". TWIOS stands for The World Is Our Studio. We generally only shoot inside, not using a studio. We have to decided to switch to a Blog so we can interact with customers and the public more than out website ables us to. I'm new to this so be patient with me, I wish my excuse could be that I'm bad with technology but that is not the case what so ever.
